There are several older people who may have come in young with children, but the kids are grown now... So why are those older people (55 - 60+ yrs) still there! They sit on the board (Especially the present President) so they can make sure they’re not sabotaged & made to move out. The financial statements are not turned in on time in April, by the President, the can go in as late as November. If anything is questioned by a member there are reprisals, for example, rent is raised a whole $100.00! And furthermore, to apply one has to pay $15! I thought it wasn’t a for profit organization!
