I haven't met anyone in several decades so officious & outright hostile. If she's the owner stay away. If she's not, she shouldn't be dealing with the public. I was told I had to use hand sanitizer at the door. I'm allergic to hand sanitizer. I've had both vaccinations & willingly distance & wear a mask. I said that there was no official mandate for forced hand sanitizer. She then said I could leave, which I did. She immediately locked the door behind me. I thought Hey you need the glasses just ignore her unhinged ignorance. So I knocked on the door & she opened it. I went in & put on hand sanitizer. I wiped it off as soon as I got out. Went over to the counter & she asked me if I had bought glasses here before, & I said no. Then she asked about my prescription, which I handed to her. She asked if I was going to order & said that I hadn't decided,(because I was irritated by her demeanor & lack of social skills). She handed back my scrip & said I won't serve you, so I left. If this person isn't the manager she should find another field away from people. You've now lost my business & anyone's I speak to. Dreadful.
