Note moyenne 5,0 basée sur 1 avisAs a first time customer I asked a lot of questions and found the owner (Matt) to be very knowledgeable and helpful, at no time did I feel any pressure at all to buy anything in fact I felt more like I was having a conversation about the practicality of E-bike, during which I learned a lot and decided to purchase a different model (cheaper) than I had intended by the same company (TAUBIK) as I learned it was better suited to my needs. I honestly cannot remember the last time I brought something this substantial in so relax a situation. The bike has been with me for a few days and I find it to be rugged and well made and I am confident I have a dealer I can trust in the years to come. Excellent service and a great source of knowledge, thank you Matt
