Really poor experience with Ms.Woodson. Not only did she not establish an environment where I felt safe to share (Which is key in therapy), she accused me of projecting my “insecurities” onto her for feeling like it wasn’t a safe space. I felt judged and invalidated, and she literally misheard several details I shared with her, and wrote down incorrect Information about me in her notes. This was very upsetting. I left in tears after each session until we finally parted ways. Would not recommend her.
