I went to Sheer Health Physio after a knee injury and I felt comfortable right away. Navdeep gave me the answers to my questions, explained my injury to me and told me what was needed to move forward. With regular physio at the clinic and recommended exercises at home, I was stronger and ready for surgery. After surgery, with continued support and treatments, I was able to return to work earlier than expected. The staff at Sheer Health was genuine and became a large part of my recovery.
