I went for 2 sessions and was amazed at how much I got out of them! Gilles was fantastic and really helped me figure out a lot of things. I had no idea how some things are connected to others and he took the time to explain how the mind works as well as a ton of other helpful information. I would highly recommend London Hypnotherapy Centre!
